We would like to recognize and commend everyone: Matthew, Jorge and his team for the demo job — it was definitely a job well done! With Matthew’s guidance, everyone was clear on what needs to be done. Jorge’s team were professional, knowledgeable and hard workers. They were very polite and extended care to both properties (neighbor’s and ours). They encountered some challenges but it was obvious that they’re experienced on dealing with these matters — they quickly huddled-up, determined how to solve it and proceeded to work on it. We observed so much teamwork which contributed to their effectiveness and efficiency to do the demo. In addition, they appear to perform their work with such joy in their hearts and at times poked fun with each other. They ALL demonstrated a work ethic which (unfortunately) are rare nowadays. Dan, you are blessed to have a team of such awesome workers here.

This is definitely a good start and looking forward to other phases of this project.

Danna and I want to thank your entire staff for making our pool building project a very satisfying experience. We would like to especially thank John our construction superintendent for guiding us through the construction process and taking charge of our flagstone issues, resolving them with our complete satisfaction. Also, your Service Department did a wonderful job explaining our equipment function and start up. In addition, the office staff did a great job with timely communication throughout the building process, letting us know the schedules and working closely with us.

As with many construction projects, things don’t always go as planned but your team performed above and beyond the call of duty, for which we are truly grateful. Our beautiful pool is the centerpiece of our home and property and a source of great enjoyment. We will highly recommend your company to our friends and family.

We have now been the very proud owners of one of your custom pools for one year and it is my pleasure to report that our pool has exceeded our expectations with regard to reliability, ease of maintenance and functionality. It is evident that the potential problems with a pool were carefully considered and planned for in the design and construction of the pool. As this is my first experience with a pool, I was not sure what to expect. Although we, at times I’m sure, worried the staff to death with questions, they responded in a timely and patient manner. After hearing several “horror” stories from my friends who used other pool builders, it has made me more appreciative of the folks at your company.

I would like to especially recognize your service department for their assistance in answering the myriad of pool questions we had with this, our first pool.

Aesthetically, our pool has greatly enhanced our home’s beauty and it would be impossible to pass along all the positive comments it has received from our guest. Thank you and the staff for all of your efforts.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Dan and Debbie Pendley. I have known Dan and Debbie since early 2001.

Through this letter, I affirmatively recommend Dan and Debbie as the highest quality swimming pool builders and backyard designers.

I am a homebuilder and have built in San Antonio for many years. I started my relationship with Dan and Debbie when they built my personal swimming pool. My selection was due primarily to the high recognition that they have achieved over many years for their award-winning designs and as leaders in the pool building industry.

As a homebuilder, I usually will use major trade contractors on my personal homes before I use them on my clients’ homes. After they built my first pool I immediately knew that they would be my pool builder on all of my homes. We have worked on several high-profile projects as well as fairly simple projects. My clients love their pools.

I believe that the most important thing for me other than their design and quality is their integrity and commitment to excellence. They back up everything that they promise.

As I close this letter I would like to share a brief story about Dan and Debbie that speaks to their character. In 2008, amongst other difficulties that my family was experiencing that year, we lost my brother Carlos to cancer. My family decided to have the memorial service at my home. Dan and Debbie were so kind to send their crew over to my home and clean the pool and get it ready for the service at no charge. They didn’t even ask if they could do it, they just sent their team over. I have never forgotten this gesture of kindness. This is the kind of people that they are. This has always been reflected in their team who are always respectful and ready to help.

Rich and I wanted to write and tell you how thrilled we are with our new pool. From the beginning, you provided excellent customer service. You were so patient as we changed our minds several times with the design of the pool. We loved your innovative ideas.

Construction of our pool began right away and we were always kept well informed of all the stages of our pool construction. I was impressed with how you were always checking in to see how the pool was coming along.

It was great to have free service for the first month. John did a great job with pool school and following up on any open items. Every member of your team has been very professional and helpful.

I highly recommend your company to anyone considering having a pool built. We received a high quality pool. We are very pleased with the beauty of our pool. We had our family out from back East for Easter. We heated the pool and swam for the first time. We really enjoyed ourselves and our wonderful new swimming pool.

I am a business owner myself and usually receive letters from customers when there is a problem or a complaint that needs to be handled at the highest level. While I have written many letters under those circumstances myself, I am pleased to say that this is not one of those times.

Your service department deserves recognition for the goodwill they have generated with this customer. There were issues with our pool a year or two ago that no other company could readily solve and your technician figured it out, solved it, fixed it and did it in a rapid and cost-efficient manner. Needless to say, we were very pleased with what they did then.

Over the course of the last year, as little things have popped up, we have taken the liberty of calling your Service Department and, generally speaking, over the telephone you have been able to guide me into fixing those problems and have made the part available at your shop if it was an owner serviceable item. As recently as last week, we had a problem that an unscrupulous company could have turned into the sale of a new pump. However, thanks to your professional team, it involved fifteen minutes of my time and I was back in business.

Your people are real assets to your company and keep us coming back for any of our problems. Congratulations on building such a fine team.

I believe I have been remiss in letting you know how pleased I have been, not only with the hot tub, but the great customer service I receive from your staff.

I mainly deal with Ray who is often able to solve my minor problems over the phone. When he has had to make a house call (i.e. replace plastic tubing) he has always been able to fix it within 24 – 48 hours and I am delighted that you give us this great service.

In closing, thank you for your superb product and your great customer service. Employees like yours are truly an asset to your organization.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent job that you and your associates did in constructing the new pool in our backyard. I appreciate the complete communication that you provided in making specific recommendations regarding our pool and your commitment to build quality. It was particularly helpful that you modified and redrew the plans several times and even staked out the proposed configuration on the actual site so we could see how it would come out. Your superintendent was courteous, helpful and a pleasure to have around. He kept us aware of the planned schedule and each of your crews arrived within the described time framework. Their workmanship was awesome to watch. Carolyn and I appreciate the final touch when Ray spent almost an entire afternoon instructing us on the mechanical systems, walking us through an excellent manual and teaching us pool chemistry.

Building a pool with your company has been a happy experience. We are delighted with the pool and hope that you include a photo in your portfolio as soon as the landscaping is completed.

We are so pleased with the pool you built for us and we continue to receive compliments with every new guest. Even our return guests continue to remark about our “little slice of paradise”. Many ask why we would have a pool in a garden home designed to be low maintenance and worry free. The wonder why we would want all the work. I reply that our pool is designed to be enjoyed. We searched for a premier pool builder who could also design a low-maintenance pool We heard from so many people about what a horrible bother maintaining a pool is – even with the cleaning machines. We did not know what they were talking about _ our previous pool cleaned itself. As long as we kept the chemicals balanced – no worries! The right cleaning system is vital if one wants to enjoy owning a pool. The in-floor cleaning system makes that possible because the pool is always ready to use. No brushing, no vacuuming and nothing to pull out of the way.

Our search for the right combination of cleaning system and top-of-the-line pool builder. Dan & Debbie combined design, construction expertise and the in floor cleaning system into a pool that is the envy of everyone we introduce to it. We have even had new neighbors stop us in the street asking for a tour because they have been told what a wonderful pool we have.
